Return and refund policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason.

The period for cancellation of an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or the date on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in a clear and unequivocal statement.

We will refund you within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order and you will not be charged for this refund.

Products are in their original packaging
The following items cannot be returned:

Delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Delivery of goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.
Delivery of goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have not been sealed after delivery.
Delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods according to their nature.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return. We cannot issue a refund without the receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of delivery.

Gifts:

If items were marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped and delivered it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift recipient.
